RBI provides training to Clubs wishing to start or expand boys baseball and girls fast-pitch softball leagues for ages 13 to 15 and 16 to RBI teams representing Club leagues are eligible to participate in sports clinics. This unique program provides leadership development opportunities for youth to participate in activities, both in and out of the Club, in three focus areas: academic success, career preparation and community service. With the guidance of an adult advisor, Keystone Clubs aim to positively impact teens, their Club and local communities. If you're moving to a new community, one of the best ways to find new friends and get involved in neighborhood activities is to join local clubs and volunteer groups. These resources are aimed at helping you establish in-person connections with like-minded people, not just on-line interest groups. Volunteer Match is a non-profit organization that helps you find local volunteer activities that match your interests and skills; it can also allow you to establish and lead new volunteer activities.
We facilitate this experience through a psychodynamic based process group where participants gain support and feedback from their peers and have their own experiences validated. The goal of the group is to teach young adults the necessary social skills to relate to others and build healthy, long lasting relationships. Some of these skills include verbal and non-verbal cues, initiating conversations, making and keeping friends, identifying and coping with social anxiety and dating, as well as provide them a safe space to practice these newfound skills.
